By integrating methods such as acupressure, touch reflexes, meridian tracing, nutrition, creative visualisation and mind-body techniques, TFH aims to balance subtle energies while aligning with personal goals and aspirations. As a non-medical approach, TFH utilises manual muscle biofeedback (muscle monitoring aka muscle testing) to identify physical, nutritional, or energetic stresses and provides methods to restore balance. It addresses posture, attitude, and life energy to enhance comfort and vitality, fostering self-responsibility and awareness in understanding one's body. TFH provides a safe and effective means to maintain health, enhance well-being, and elevate performance.
