Aaron Lightbody

Hi, I'm Aaron, My Remedial and Sports Massage journey has been great for me to further expand my understanding of how the body functions, how it can sometimes dysfunction, and how it can subsequently return to healthy posture and movement. I’ve been very fortunate in being able to help many amazing people on their road to recovery, each of whom has also taught me something, too. I graduated from the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork (BCMB) with a level 5 diploma (distinction) in RSM, April 2024.
